What is the likelihood that another biologic would be effective? What is the likelihood that another biologic would be effective?

I have had RA for 37 years and have failed four biologics (Enbrel, Remicade, Orencia and Rituxan). My doctor wants to try Actemra. Is it worth trying? I have had numerous joint replacements and am worried about infection.

There are many reasons why one may fail or respond to biological therapy. The response to biological therapy is dependent on several factors and the response to biological therapy after failure is also dependent on many factors. I would urge you to discuss your concerns with the physician. Your conversation should include your concern about infection.

It's true that both factor groups are possible; I had the same issue and once I consulted with my physician, it was determined that my response to biological therapy was not optimal because of interacting medical conditions.

The likelihood of this happening is little, but you must try either way. If you can buy Kamagra online in Australia, as well, then it would be massively beneficial for you. If you don't trust me, then you can ask my friends how useful this will be.
