I have RA and I am on HUMIRA, can I take the shingles vaccine?

I am on multiple meds beside HUMIRA, prednisone, methotrexate, asulfidene, meclomen . I have had chickenpox as a child and am concerned with the thought I could get shingles. Several of my friends and neighbors have had shingles recently. I have discussed the vaccine with my dermatologist and rheumatologist and they say no to any live vaccine whats' your opinion.

Is there a relationship between RA and pericardial effusion?

Because of details in a CT scan for kidney stones, I was directed to get an echocardiogram and my first ever visit to a cardiologist. It turns out I have a pericardial effusion around my heart. I have had 4 other echos during the year since then and the results are the same. The water is still there, this is not normal we are just keeping an eye on it.

My face, outer ears and the backs of my ankles have been burning and I don't know why! I do have discoid lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, I don't even know which one it could be. I don't go outside very much, especially when the suns out. I hardly get to go anywhere-due to other problems I'm having. If anyone can tell me how to get rid of this burning feeling please please let me know.

Shoulder impingment diagnosed by my rheumatolagist-RA caused rotator cuff tears?

My Dr sent me to a orthopedic surgeon and he had a MRI done, and said I had a rotator cuff tear, so I had the other shoulder done yesterday and that one also has a tear. I have had RA for the past 6 years and I'm on enbrel. Could my RA have caused the rotator cuff tears?
