Bakers cyst - test for RA?
Can a surgeon take out a bakers cyst and test it for RA? Is there a test they do to check for this?

Bakers cyst is a swelling of the lining of the knee joint that extends to the back of the knee. It is only rarely necessary to remove the cyst, and it is never tested for RA. The diagnosis of RA is made by blood tests and physical examination.
