How common is it to get Fibromyalgia if I have been diagnosed with RA?

I am starting to get other symptoms that are more consistent with FM and not my RA. Is this common to have both diseases?

I have been suffering with chronic pain in my extremities for 10 years. (lower legs, feet, arms and legs.)My pain in legs and feet are at times unbearable. I was tested for lupus, lymes and MS among other disorders, all testing negative. I was given a diagnosis of Neuropathy. However 2 other neurologists disagreed and thought it could be MS without lesions.

I got a severe gastric ulcer from taking the medications for my diseases. My liver, kidneys, bladder and gall bladders have been damaged more from the prescription medications than the diseases.

For 10 years plus, I have been treated with Naproxen for arthritis in my knees. My pain and stiffness in my knees has increased over the years. Gradually, I have added joint pain in my knuckles, hips, shoulders, ankles and feet. Within the past year, I have developed numbness in my toes that vascillates between extreme cold and pain and tingling.
